While the largest bulbs are reserved for seed garlic orders, Big Elk Garlic Farm also offers our smaller bulbs to those who would like to use our delicious garlic for cooking and processing.

All garlic sold by Big Elk Garlic Farm is a perishable food item that is naturally dried using only sunlight and air. It needs to be stored properly until use in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

**PLEASE NOTE: All 2024 pre-orders placed for our seed garlic (for planting) as well as our culinary garlic (for cooking and processing) will begin shipping the first week of September 2024.**
